Condition

Brand new, never installed.
Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Missing Parts / Defects

Missing parts:
Vents and left window handle missing, however these can be purchased online or from your local merchant at a low expense.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Matt White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.
Has White hinges with Black handles.

Operating / Style

Externally opening windows- see photos.

Security

4 point locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.
There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside – just not child locked. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Glazing

There is no glass with this item if you wanted us to order the glass in it would cost approximately £60 per pane. The glass would be of highest quality: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.

Glass will pass building regulations.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality window at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
