Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Some residue from where the door number once was also part of the letterbox is broken.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Matt White (Upvc), with a matching frame either side.

Has matching coloured furniture.

Operating / Style

The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over

Security

Multipoint ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 ‘Mila’ key.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Distorted, toughened with Metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
