Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
Not bowed or rotted at all.

Missing Parts / Defects

Defects:
Cat flap has been fitted in the glass and is cracked, could easily be replaced with a new one of a similar size or if that cat flap is unwanted a new pane could be fitted. This can be ordered upon request at a cost of £95.

There is chip mark on the outside of the left hand door. Could be touched up or repainted.

Colour

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

Has matching coloured furniture.

Operating / Style

Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the Left; when fully open all 3 doors stacks to the left.
Doors are bottom rolling.
Clipped together when stacked, to stop any movement.
Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Security

‘Sunflex’ lock making it very secure.
Comes with 1 key.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with White warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
