Smart Aluminium bi-folding doors.
Would cost over £7,500 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

CONDITION

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

MISSING PARTS / DEFECTS

Defects:
Bottom track is slightly bent in 3 places, but I’m sure this could be straightened out!

A few light scratches and marks in places.

One of the beading strips is slightly bent.

COLOUR

Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Matt Anthracite Grey RAL7016, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.

Has matching coloured furniture.

OPERATING / STYLE

Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the Left; when fully open all 5 doors stacks to the right.
Doors are bottom rolling.
Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.
Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over- see last photo for diagram.

SECURITY

High quality 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with a new barrel fitted complete with 3 keys.

GLAZING

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
